Supervision

Supervision

I offer supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and other practitioners who work confidentially with clients. Supervision is a space to talk through your work, be curious about what’s happening with your clients, explore difficult dynamics, and make sense of things that don’t feel right.

I offer a warm, genuine and non-judgemental space, with plenty of room for curiosity, reflection and creativity. I’m interested in your work, but also in you as a practitioner – your own growth and development, and what helps you do the work in a way that feels right for you.

I have particular experience and interest in neurodivergence and mixed-culture life, as well as gender and sexual identity, identity more broadly, existential questions, and death and dying. My background is in Gestalt, but my supervision training allows me to work with practitioners across different therapeutic approaches and areas of work, as well as other confidential client-facing professionals such as social workers and lawyers.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formed question or a neat case to discuss. Bring whatever is on your mind, and we can start there.

About me

I qualified as a therapist in 2010 and as a clinical supervisor in early 2026. I have also been practicing as a peer supervisor since 2020, and I set up and have been managing a women’s ND Gestalt peer supervision group since Autumn 2025.

I offer experienced, insightful, and creative supervision sessions.

How much does individual supervision cost?

Session fees for individuals are listed below.

  • £80 for a 60-minute session
  • £120 for a 90-minute session

Hours requirement

I am with the BACP who (at the time of writing this) requires practitioners to undertake 1.5 hours of supervision every calendar month. With greater experience, a proportion of these hours can be taken as peer supervision, but it is not recommended to substitute all for peer supervision.

Some bodies require a similar amount, some less or more, and some according to need. Please check with your own professional body to ensure you are meeting requirements.

How much does group supervision cost?

*I have no current groups with availability – if you would like group supervision with me at this time, you will need to find another peer to join you.*

If you are seeking group supervision, costs vary as shown below.

For two practitioners, costs per person are:

  • £60 for a 90-minute group session
  • £80 for a two-hour group session

For groups of three or four practitioners, costs per person are reduced to:

  • £45 for a 90-minute group session
  • £60 for a two-hour group session

Maximum group sizes are four practitioners.

Hours requirement

With BACP, for groups with up to four members, time taken is counted as 50%. This means if you take part in a two-hour session with 2, 3 or 4 participants in total, you would count this as one hour of supervision each.

Some bodies calculate a similar proportion, some less or more. ACC for example (at the time of writing), for two practitioners, would count the full time as full hours. Please check with your own professional body to ensure you are meeting requirements.
